1. Controller
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Keno Records

E-Mail: mail@kenorecords.com
2. General Information
We only process personal data to the extent necessary to provide a functional website, our content, and services. The legal bases are Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR: lit. a (consent), lit. b (contract or pre-contractual measures), lit. c (legal obligation), and lit. f (legitimate interest). Data is deleted as soon as the purpose ceases to apply and there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by: IONOS SE Elgendorfer Str. 57 56410 Montabaur. Each time you visit a page, technically necessary data transmitted by your browser is processed: IP address, date and time, page visited, previously visited page (referrer), browser, and operating system. This is required for the delivery and security of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The log files are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement has been concluded with the host (Art. 28 GDPR).
4. Cookies
The website uses a technically necessary session cookie that expires when you close your browser. It serves to protect forms against misuse and for editor logins. The legal basis is § 25 para. 2 no. 2 TDDDG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Fonts
The fonts on this website are stored locally on our server. No connection is established to Google servers or other font providers when you visit the site.
6. Contact by E-Mail or Phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we will process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or f GDPR). The data will be deleted once the request has been resolved and no retention obligations apply.
7. Contact Form
If you write to us via a form, we store your details from the form to process your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or f GDPR). To protect against spam, we store a hash value of your IP address along with the timestamp of submission to prevent too many submissions in a short period (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). We delete the request once it has been settled and no retention obligations exist.
8. Visitor Statistics
To understand how our website is used, we count visits with our own statistics on our server – without cookies, without storing anything on your device and without passing data to third parties. Only aggregated figures are stored: pages visited, the website you came from (referrer), the type of device (phone, tablet, computer) and clicks on phone numbers and e-mail addresses. Your IP address is not stored; so that a visit is counted only once per day, we form an anonymous key from your IP address, browser identifier and a random value that changes daily, and delete it at the end of the day. It is not possible to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in designing the website according to demand (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we do not count your visit.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR). To do so, please contact us using the contact details provided above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the federal state of your place of residence or our registered office.
